[There's a really long awkward moment, where she does nothing but stare at the nameplate. She's thought of a million ways to do this, and after discussing it with Lorne, the act of not knowing was killing her more than she felt knowing exactly what she had lost would. Still, it was easier said than done, and her foot shifts a little like she's going to walk on by, before she only pushes forward to knock, loudly]

[Now that Spike had more or less stopped going out of his way to ambush him here, Angel had been using his original room as a space to keep up with his training. Being trapped in a magical castle that catered to his every need didn't mean he had an excuse to let himself get rusty. Besides, there was something to be said of freeing up your head every so often--whether that be by trading blows with Faith or just going through the motions by himself the way he was doing now. He hadn't been expecting anyone to join him this time around though, so when the knock sounded he had absolutely no idea what to expect. Even so, opening the door to find Buffy standing on the other side was probably the last thing he would have expected--especially given their previous exchange]
Buffy. [Aaand awkward shifting is go] Hey.
Hi...[And when in doubt? Cheerful exterior seemed to work] Can I come in? I know it's short notice, but I promise not to judge if there's dirty laundry.
