[Should you go down to the lobby today, you’ll find a large walk-in box standing to one side. A sign above it proclaims ‘The Secret To Paradisa’. The door to the ‘secret’ is locked, but there’s a collection box next to it asking for a 10 caiso donation for entry.

Despite the fact that he is indeed in the lobby, no one will see Crowley, as he’s currently Going Unnoticed. But he’s chilling in a corner, waiting for his buddy to show up.]

Ohyeahsurenoproblem.

[keeps going in the opposite direction--]

[pauses, then turns and looks at Darkwing, blinking curiously]

[turns around and stares. leaves growing out of his head. flower bow tie. waaaaaaait a second --]

[looks Darkwing up and down, griiiiiining] Well, aren't you magnificent! I've never seen anything quite like you, before. I must say, I love your hat!

[whips out his gas-gun and points it at him - or rather, at his bow tie since that's as high as he can reach]

Hooooold it RIGHT there.... half-plant.

[eyes that thar gas gun]

Half plant? What do you mean... oh... right. Um. I'm not quite half plant. It's more of a residual side effect of being involuntarily transformed into a vivisalus angoricus colosus for nearly three months. I've only just turned back to normal, you see, and it seems that being stuck as a plant for that extended period of time has had some... well... lasting effects. [scratches the yellowing leaves sprouting from the top of his head]

[his eyes start to glaze over after a few seconds, then shakes himself out of it]

Side effects, schmide effects! It doesn't change the fact that the SECOND the stonework starts sprouting saplings, you can consider yourself kaput! No one pulls the leaves over Darkwing Duck, magic castle or no!

I know I've got a weed killer cartridge in here somewhere... [starts rummaging in his cape]

Stonework sprouting leaves? That's a new one on me. Though that would be a sight to see.

Oh, I'm being rude, I'm the Doctor, by the way [griiiiiiins]

... Don't all half-plants have the capacity to control conifers?

I don't think so. [thinks for a minute] I knew a tree once, but I don't think she could control other plants.

[pacing as he thinks]

I mean, it's quite possible that there are beings out there that can use psychokinetic energy to control other plant life.

Actually, I remember this planet once where they used electrical energy to stimulate the plants to grow faster. It was rather important, you see, because their growing season was only two weeks long.

Although, they didn't actually control the plants, per se, so that's not really relevant, now, is it...

Now, then, as I said, I'm not exactly half plant. It's more like a twelfth, if anything.

... Um ...

Well, maybe not a twelfth. It's more like [thinks for a second, muttery muttery math] 10 and a half percent.

And that's only if you take the sap currently clogging up my sinuses [sniff sniff]

It's also possible, that some of my blood has been transformed into some other form of plant-like liquid [stops pacing to pull up his sleeve to look at his arm]

Hmmm, I hadn't thought of that possibility [whips out his screwdriver and does a scan of his arm]

Hmmm, no, all normal.
