[There's a few beats of silence as both voices drop off. Then Akira's voice comes back, huffing and puffing.]
Don't...do that...again...Haru...[He falls down on the bed, with Haru crying audibly.]...Come on, come on, you're okay. I've got you. I'll never let anything happen to you, don't you worry.
[He takes a few moments to calm Haru down, then finally gives him a snack and some coloring materials.]
...Hinata, I need you to come get him. I'm child-proofing this room.
[OOC: Obviously, red is Akira and blue is his kid. Feel free to comment on their little spill out the window. Good save, Akira!]

On one hand, she supposes she should have been expecting something to happen. He's been too well behaved for too many days when compared to most other children. Something was bound to change, given that the castle was behind this. She just hadn't expected Haru to decide to be adventurous. Especially not in what sounded to be a 'going to climb out a window to torment a bird' kind of way.]
[Though it is technically Akira's time with him, she already has the journal closed and is heading toward his room. Because he is half her responsibility for however much longer.
