[Le sigh, this was not a fun thing to come back to, especially after having so much fun on the trip.]
Like...I don't really know anything about these "First Gens" or whatever they're called, or why they seem to like...hate us so much. Seemed kind of excessive to just trash everything like they did.
I might. I wasn't overly attached to most of the things in here. My furniture is just kind of on loan from the castle, I guess, and it shouldn't be too hard to clean up.
[She hums thoughtfully.]
Though I was thinking.. I may just bring my clothes to your room. Do you think they'd fit in your closet?
[This stops Ned's brain for a minute or two. Sure, they'd lived together back home, but back then it had always been sort of an odd dance not to touch each other while sharing space. Here, they didn't have such limitations, and Ned found himself wanting to get closer to Chuck all the more.]
Yeah, I think so. We should've done this a while ago, maybe. Now that we don't have to be so careful around each other, I mean. We can ask the castle to make it so that the room's big enough, and has things we both want, I think.
[You can pretty plainly hear the smile in his voice. He's more excited about this than he's letting on.]
Maybe - but I kind of liked the normalcy. As much as any normalcy can be afforded in the castle.. it was neat, to be able to visit you like that.
[She pauses for a moment, and there's the sound of her gathering something up. Her clothes, probably.]
-- but I've seen how people can disappear from this place, now. I don't want to lose you without having lived with you -- if that makes sense. [There's a sheepish smile in her face.]
I'll be there in a minute. I can help you clean up.

Dictated - Filtered to Chuck
It's a disaster, but I hear that's kinda the way it is for everyone.
What the heck happened?
dictated
[Her own room is completely trashed. She heaves a resigned sigh.]
Dictated for now, until he decides he needs to come see her

Do you need any help cleaning up?
