Of course.

That really isn't comforting.

The castle rarely is. You get used to it.

Does it ever do normal things or, happy things?

Sometimes. Not very often.

From what I've seen it tries something good, then slams us with some bad.

In my experience it's usually very boring and tedious. Then something will happen, and everyone will be very excited about it for a little while before the boredom comes back.

[surprised] you find this place boring?

Of course I do.

Man, just how crazy was back home for you if this place is boring?
